Reds

Sunset Pinot Noir:

A light bodied red with a mild fruitiness and hints of smoke and French Oak makes this wine pair well with beef and chocolate.

Trade Winds Cab:

Our fullest bodied, driest red. Pairs well with red meat and strong cheese.

Del Sole Sangiovese:

‘Del Sole’ is Italian for ‘the rising sun’ which is the perfect name for this classic Italian red wine! It has a medium body and smooth, earthy flavor from oak aging. Hints of sweet strawberry and cherry remind us of the homey, Wisconsin countryside. Pairs well with classic Italian pasta dishes, veal, lamb, light cheese, and many herbs. This wine is released in Fall each year.

Tramonto Barolo:

‘Tramonto’ is Italian for ‘the setting sun’ and the wine itself is a full-bodied, hearty Italian red. Deep cherry notes with hints of dark chocolate give this Barolo a rich flavor while the oak aging adds a smooth, heavy finish. Perfect dinner wine, especially a juicy steak, heavy pasta, or a rich risotto. This wine is released in late Fall each year.

Made with Portage County Marquette grapes! A small batch is coming Spring 2017.


Whites

Nova:

A sweet white grape wine with a refreshing taste. This wine it the base for a local distilled spirit

Constellation Chardonnay:

A lightly oaked chardonnay with notes of fresh pear and a smooth rounded finish.

Blazin Brianna:

Made with Portage Country grown grades. This cold-hardy grade produces a sweet, fruity, light, crisp wine.

Polka Stomp:

Frontenac Blanc is a cold-hardyy grape sourced from Rock Ridge Vineyards in Wisconsin. This wine makes a fantastic table white, meaning it can be served with dinner. It pairs well with fish, pork, poultry or salasds. It is best served chilled.



Fruity Wines

Northern Lights Wine Blackberry Midnight:

A merlot infused with blackberries produces an easy drinking sweet red. It’s a great excuse to enjoy some chocolate!

Glacial Lake Cran Grape:

White grapes and local cranberries make this wine a nice mix of tart and sweet. It’s great for that “just because I want a glass of wine” feeling.

Golden Sands Cran-Raspberry:

A semi-sweet rosé with fresh tartness from local cranberries. Perfect for Christmas dinner! But don’t wait that long, it goes with chicken too!

Northern Lights Wine Pom Zen:

A white Zinfandel sweetened with pomegranate makes for a sweet, juicy wine. This wine is good alone or it would make a nice spritzer.

Red Dwarf:

Made with Wisconsin-grown Frontenac Gris grapes, this semi-sweet wine has a refreshing, refreshing, tart flavor and is sweetened with locally grown Aronia berries. Pairs well with pork chops, alfredo, and seafood.

Big Bang Strawberry Rhubarb:

Made from fresh, local strawberries and rhubarb. A tasty, sweet fruit wine that tastes like grandma’s strawberry rhubarb pie in a glass! This wine is released in late winter every year.

Blu Nova:

This semi sweet blueberry wine is the result of pairing our Nova with locally sourced fresh blueberries from Chet’s Blueberry Farm. Pairs well with lighter fairs like salad.

Northern Lights Wine Sunset Cove:

A sweet Moscato infused with mandarin oranges.

Northern Lights Wine Tropical Storm:

An aromatic Viognier wine with tropical fruit on the nose and fresh pineapple & melon on the palate. Pairs well with BBQ and Thai food.

Northern Lights Wine Peach Flare:

A light refreshing Chardonnay infused with peaches.


Dessert Wines

Dark Side of The Moon Chocolate Raspberry Port:

Heavy notes of dark chocolate with a raspberry finish. Really good dessert wine; and a great treat to share with a friend.

Vortex:

Vortex is a treat made by the cold kiss of winter meeting the sweet taste of late summer. Snuggle up in a cozy blanket and enjoy this wine ice cold. It has a smooth finish reminding us that spring is always around the corner.
