Thank you for your inquiry regarding a private event. Our definition of a private event is any organized and pre-arranged group of 20 or more people are coming to the winery at the same time.
The following is our policy:
We do not have any extra space available besides the tasting room. We will not close to the public during normal operating hours*. NO food brought in during normal business hours.
Any purchases made will come off of the minimum spend. If retail purchases in whole are equal to or greater than the fee/hour then no charges will be incurred for the room rent.
All cheese, crackers, wine, beer, and soda must be purchased from Sunset Point Winery.
If you would like to cater in or bring in any other items please speak with Kathy by phone at 715-544-1262.
We will an additional charge $25.00 for clean-up and disposal of garbage, etc. if food is catered or brought in.
Decorations or candles are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy during closed hours is 45 people.
All parties must be off premises by 9 PM (state law)
*If you really wish to have us closed during normal business hours, the fee is $2000 plus the $150.00 per hour, with the exception, we will not close on Saturday.
